We specialize in residential as well as commercial interior design. We help our customers with essential decisions and lead them through all the stages of the design process, respecting their time and comfort.

Our goal is to create a complete design for functional interiors relating to our client's needs. While designing, we use our knowledge of latest trends, technologies and materials as well as our long experience.

The design process

After measuring the interior and discussing the investors' needs, we prepare several concepts for a functional plan. The customer chooses one of them or suggests a final arrangement of layout solutions.

After deciding on the functional plan concept and setting the budget, we present you with a three dimensional design model. At this stage we discuss style preferences. Color palettes, materials and furnishings are matched to the design concept and then visualized.

When the design concept is accepted, we develop blueprints for decoration works. We provide the customer with technical documentation, visualizations and specification. The specification contains information concerning amounts and kinds of finishing materials, as well as a list of recommended distributors and building contractors.

Construction supervision is an additional service. As the investor's agent, we make sure that renovation works proceed in compliance with the approved design. The process of supervision is carried out continuously from the start of renovation works until the premises are put into commission.

We zijn gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen voor particuliere en zakelijke klanten. We ondersteunen en begeleiden onze klanten bij het nemen van essentiële beslissingen en bij alle stappen van het ontwerpproces, waarbij we rekening houden met uw tijd.

Wij streven ernaar een compleet ontwerp te leveren voor een functioneel interieur dat overeenkomt met de wensen van onze klanten. We maken voor onze ontwerpen gebruik van onze kennis over de laatste trends, technieken en materialen evenals van onze jarenlange ervaring.

Het ontwerpproces

Na het opmeten van de ruimte en het bespreken van uw wensen, bereiden we verschillende concepten voor van een functionele plattegrond. De klant kan hieruit een keuze maken of een ander idee voorstellen om te komen tot een definitief ontwerp voor geselecteerde lay-out oplossingen in het interieur concept.

Nadat er een keuze voor een concept-interieurplan gemaakt is en een beslissing over het het budget genomen is, wordt er een driedimensionaal model gemaakt. In deze fase van het ontwerpproces bespreken we uw stijlvoorkeuren. Kleurpalet, materialen en afwerking worden gepaard aan het design concept en vervolgens uitgewerkt.

Wanneer het conceptdesign is goedgekeurd, ontwikkelen we de blauwdrukken voor het decoratiewerk. We bieden onze klanten technische specificaties en visualisaties. De specificaties bevatten informatie over het aantal en de soort afwerking en een lijst met aanbevolen distributeurs en aannemers.

Supervisie over de bouw is een bijkomende service. Als uw vertegenwoordiger zorgen wij ervoor dat de renovatiewerkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met het door uw gekozen ontwerp. Het proces van supervisie vindt continue plaats vanaf het begin tot aan het einde van de opdracht.
